Lindsay S. Ferrington, EdD, PA-C, DFAAPA, serves as Clinical Associate Professor and Chair of the Admissions Committee for Baylor University's Physician Assistant Studies program in Robbins College of Health and Human Sciences. She previously served as Associate Professor as well as Director of Clinical Education and Director of Admissions in the Department of Physician Assistant Studies at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport. At LSUHSC Shreveport Ferrington thrice received the PA Program Faculty of the Year award and also received the Faculty Award for Excellence in Service from the School of Allied Health Professions.

Ferrington is a board-certified physician assistant who has worked in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Urology, and Addiction Medicine. Ferrington earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, her Physician Assistant Studies degree from LSUHSC in Shreveport, and her EdD in Leadership Studies from LSU Shreveport. Ferrington is active in both professional and community service activities. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, watching sports, reading, and hanging out with family and friends.
